Hi, I'm Pit.

Hi, I’m Pit, the founder of PEAKD.

Sports and performance have always played an important role in my life and over time this interest developed into a deep curiosity about how the human body adapts to training. This curiosity, combined with my background in IT and research, led me to focus on understanding endurance performance from a scientific perspective. To deepen this knowledge, I began studying Sports and Exercise Science with the goal of applying evidence-based methods to real training situations.

 

My aim with PEAKD is to make sports science clear, practical and accessible for athletes. Many endurance athletes train with uncertainty about what truly improves their performance. I want to provide clarity through structured performance testing, meaningful analysis and personalised training insights.

 

I work with amateur to semi-professional runners, cyclists, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to train with purpose. Through metabolic profiling and lactate testing, I assess key physiological markers such as aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, substrate usage and personalised training zones. These insights give athletes a deeper understanding of their current fitness state and offer a precise foundation for effective training.

 

My approach is grounded in evidence, clear communication and practical recommendations tailored to individual goals and schedules. PEAKD stands for “Train Smarter. Perform Better.” and reflects the belief that informed training leads to measurable progress. As I continue my degree in Sports and Exercise Science, I apply this knowledge to support athletes in improving their performance with confidence and structure.
